Our hotel is perfectly located; next to the Central Station, Beatrix theater and the Jaarbeurs. Our guests can walk straight through the shopping center Hoog Catharijne into the city center. Our hotel is the largest hotel in Utrecht and we have a nice mix of business and leisure guests. During the week we welcome many conference-, meeting- and trade fair guests. In the weekend we mainly welcome guests who enjoy leisure activities. In short, every day is full of surprises. What are you going to do?

The Booking Office Manager is accountable for the implementation of the commercial policy of Minor Hotels. You will be responsible for the operational management and development of the team in close cooperation with the Hotel Director of NH Utrecht.
As the Booking Office Manager, you will lead and support group and conference organisers who are primarily responsible for the organization of an event and for everything that comes with it. You will ensure the strategic alignment of Group & Events reservations through the increase of sales and conversion for confirmed bookings, analysis of reports to align day to day business, ensuring the agreed SLA’s and the quality parameters in the team, and through the cooperation with Revenue, Sales, other booking offices, and Operations. With the larger clients, you will also assist in the site inspections and the final negotiations. In this position, you always have a clear overview, you have a commercial attitude, and you always think one step ahead. You will report to the Hotel Director and will be an active member of the Management Team of NH Utrecht.
