Chef de Partie | NH Brussels EuU Berlaymont
Quality and continuity are number one in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie you hold an all-round position in the team. Outside the daily work, you will think about improvements in the work processes and help develop dishes and recipes. Together with the team, you will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience in Food & Beverage. Finally, you make sure that the HACCP rules are followed and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy. You will report directly to the (sous) Chef.
Who are you?
- Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The 'always a pleasure' mentality is what you recognize yourself in and you like to go the extra mile for the guest
- You love hard work, have an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situatio
- You are a graduate of a hospitality school, or can demonstrate this level through your relevant work experience
- You have the passion to share your in-depth kitchen knowledge with your colleagues.
- You speak and understand Dutch English and/or French is an advantage
