NH Centre Utrecht is a small-scale hotel with 47 rooms and is located in the heart of Utrecht. Around the corner from the hotel, you will find the Dom Tower, the old city center and delightful cafes and restaurants. There is always something to do; a boat trip, a city walk or a visit to the weekly flower market opposite the hotel. Our small and close team welcomes guests as well as new colleagues with open arms and a big smile, and there are plenty of opportunities for your personal development. We work together with our cluster hotel NH Utrecht (Jaarbeursplein) and it could happen that you are also scheduled to work here. This gives you the opportunity to develop your skills. You are the person we are looking for!

What are you going to do?
As a Front Office Intern you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
