General Manager NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn
It has been nearly 3 years for me in the position of General Manager in NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn. Every day brings new challenges and I really love it! I never expected to stay with NH for more than 10 years and I surely did not expect to become a General Manager at the age of 31.
Nine years ago I started my career at NH Hotel Group as Assistant Front Manager in NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn. in Germany. After this I became Front Office Manager and in this period I had the chance to participate in an internal Talent Development Programme called JUMP to work on my personal development. I learned so much there!
The next step for me was the NH Hamburg Mitte were I have been for 4 years as an Deputy Hotel Director. In this period I learned a lot and had the chance to develop myself and my management skills. It was then that I noticed that my wish to become a General Manager was coming closer and was almost within reach.
Finall,y I had the chance coming back to NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn to be the new General Manager. In this time I participated again in an Development Programme called PDI to help me in my new position.
I am really proud to be one part of the NH Hotel Group and I am choosing for NH every day, for more than 10 years now!
